Gyms are result led businesses that offer a promise of better health and/or fitness in return for hard work. Often this promise is promoted by getting new customers to imagine themselves with a leaner figure, lower BMI or just in their new summer clothes on holiday in Spain. Promotional stress balls have offered an inexpensive, cost effective means of steering peoples’ imaginations to their end result of preference. Here I would like to introduce five such stress toys that have worked very successfully in gym promotion for many years.
